Dining Room Manager
Born and raised in Paraguay, Elvio has now called Houston home for nearly half his life, and in the service industry for almost all of it. From his days helping out in the elementary school cafeteria with his mom, to his time at the Petroleum Club downtown, to his now indispensable role at Harold's, Elvio has always had service in his blood. (So much so, in fact, he considered being a priest and studied for seven years before leaving the seminary.) He has a vast knowledge of wines, a deep appreciation for Southern hospitality, and a love of all pastas.
