Angie Rosas is a born-and-raised Houstonian who grew up in The Heights. She started with the team at Heights General Store (which once stood where Harold’s is now) in 2013, and has held a variety of managerial roles that have expanded and adapted as the business has evolved. Angie began cooking at the ripe young age of 4 years old, a passion passed down from her father who is a retired chef from Methodist Hospital. She enjoys short walks and fine tequila.
