$70 plus tax & gratuity 

On arrival:
Assorted tray of smoked salmon bites with cream cheese & capers, hush puppies, and skewered triple cream Brie, cherry tomato, basil and honey drizzle
Starter Options:
Oysters Rockefeller
Gulf Oysters on the half shell, creamy spinach, house made breadcrumbs

Burrata & Heirloom Salad (V)
Heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, basil, olive oil, balsamic reduction

 Lobster Bisque
Sherry wine, cream, lobster

Butter Head Salad
Butter head lettuce, blue cheese cream, Crystal hot sauce vinaigrette, dehydrated  blue cheese pecans
 Entrée Options:
Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin
Beef Tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, charred asparagus topped with brandy, peppercorn sauce

 South American Corvina
Sautéed Corvina white fish with parsnip puree, vegetables, citrus, saffron sauce

Kimchi Grits & Scallops
Seared New England scallops, Kimchi grits, baby bok choy, ginger soy butter sauce

 Orzo Pesto Pasta (V)
Orzo, zucchini, broccoli, red bell pepper, pesto, extra virgin olive oil

Maple Panna Cotta with Strawberry Champagne Sauce

A reservation must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours of reservation to avoid a $25 fee.
